FAQ
Your questions,our answers.
Pricing, timelines, security, how projects run: the points that come up most often, before you even write to us.
General
What is Evrox?
Evrox is an agency that brings several crafts together under one roof: video production, website creation, social media management and event organisation. The goal is to keep your communication, your digital presence and your visibility consistent, with a single point of contact instead of several providers who never talk to each other.
Where do you work?
We're based near Angers (Beaulieu-sur-Layon), and we work across all of France, with a regular presence in Paris, plus international projects when needed.
How does a project run, from first contact to delivery?
A first conversation to understand your needs, a clear proposal (scope, timeline, budget), then production with regular check-ins through to delivery. One single point of contact throughout, even when several poles are combined.
Can I book a slot directly online to talk?
Yes, a booking link is available on the contact page when it's active; otherwise, write to us and we'll get back to you quickly.
Can I use just one pole (video, web, social or events)?
Yes, each pole works independently. Combining them simply brings more consistency and a better rate (see our bundles).
What are your usual turnaround times?
For a video, depending on its complexity, length and the resources involved: from a week to several months. For a showcase website, once the project is scoped: a few days to two weeks; for a more substantial site, several weeks. For a social video, once the project is scoped: a few hours to a few days - for a properly crafted format, allow several days of actual work. For an event, please get in touch ideally several months ahead, for practical planning reasons.
Do you work with my direct competitors?
As a rule, no: we do not put our work at the service of direct competitors, because what we do is long-term support and trust depends on it. The question comes up with every new enquiry and we answer it plainly. There is one nuance: a client we support on video and another on web are not competing on the same ground, and two clearly different briefs can coexist. When in doubt, we raise it with you before committing.
Who actually works on my project? Do you subcontract?
Evrox stays in charge from start to finish, whatever the pole, and your contact never changes. On image, production is handled directly by Evrox, with a network of selected freelancers sized to the shoot. On web, everything is done in house. On social, the work happens with you, by Evrox alone, or with our network depending on volume. On events, Evrox produces, organises and coordinates every supplier. Only the number of outside contributors varies, with the size of the project.
Pricing
Why don't you display prices for video/audiovisual production?
Like any serious audiovisual production company, our video rates depend on too many variables (length, rights, distribution, equipment) to be announced upfront honestly. We put together a precise quote once we understand your project.
How are your web, social and events rates set?
We display an indicative starting price on each page (showcase site, social media management, day-of coordination). The final rate depends on complexity, volume or the scale of the project, and is always quoted before we start.
Are combined bundles cheaper than a single pole on its own?
Yes - combining several poles (video + website + social, for instance) always includes a discount compared to booking each service separately.
Do you offer maintenance or ongoing support contracts?
Yes: every pole can be followed up over time, not just web and social - web maintenance (from €50/month), monthly social media management, but also regular video content or ongoing event support. We also set up annual contracts, with follow-up on a single pole or several combined, depending on your needs.
How does payment work?
On an audiovisual production, payment comes in three stages: 30% before pre-production, 30% on the shoot, 40% on delivery. Whatever the pole, the schedule is written on the quote, so you know it before signing rather than after.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Revisions are always budgeted into the initial quote, and how many depends on the size of the project: they are part of the work, not an extra. The limit is the time allowed in the quote. If change requests go beyond that time, additional charges apply, and we tell you before that happens.
Are there costs on top of the quote?
No. Travel, expenses, licences and every other incidental cost are itemised on the quote, then carried over identically to the invoice. What you sign is what you pay.
Is the quote free, and does it commit me to anything?
The quote is free, and so is the meeting that precedes it. We take the time to understand your need, explain what we offer and how we support you, then answer your questions until everything is clear. Nothing commits you until the quote is signed, and arriving without knowing exactly what you want is perfectly normal: framing the need is part of the job.
Image
What does the Image pole cover?
Corporate films, advertising spots, social content, music videos, event coverage - but also fully AI-driven productions (multilingual avatars, express production) when that's relevant.
Do you use artificial intelligence in your productions?
By default, no - our productions aren't built around AI. We bring it in when it's requested or relevant: multilingual AI avatars, express production, GEO optimisation. It's an additional production tool, or a way to speed up certain processes - not an engine that replaces classic filming.
Do you offer drone shots?
Yes, for exteriors, industrial sites, real estate or events, depending on the authorisations required.
Web
What kind of websites do you build?
Showcase sites, e-commerce, custom web apps, business platforms (booking, client area, intranet...) - from a simple one-page site to a more complex project.
Can I edit the website myself afterwards?
Yes - we set up a simple admin interface (what's called a CMS, short for "Content Management System") that lets you edit your texts, images and content yourself, without touching any code. We train you to use it so you're fully independent.
Do you handle SEO for my site?
Yes, both classic SEO for Google and GEO (optimisation for generative AI engines like ChatGPT), so your brand is found by traditional search engines as well as by AI.
Will my site be accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, and it has been a legal requirement for many companies since June 2025. We build sites to be usable by keyboard, compatible with screen readers and sufficiently contrasted. Compliance is checked automatically with axe, the industry reference tool, on every deployment: an accessibility defect blocks the release instead of being found later. Our Behind the scenes page shows the results on this very site.
Social
Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and the main platforms relevant to your industry - we build the media plan around your audience.
Do you produce the content yourselves, or only the strategy?
Both: audit and media plan, but also the production of vertical content (reels, short formats), in direct connection with the Image pole.
Do you provide regular reporting?
Yes, regular monthly reporting: what's working, what's growing, what needs adjusting.
Events
Do you handle full event organisation, or just filming?
Both, separately or together: full coordination (venue, vendors, running the day), photo/video coverage, but also a dedicated event website if needed and social media coverage during the event. Combining several of these is where we bring the most value.
What kind of events do you organise?
Corporate events (seminars, product launches, openings...), wine and food events, cultural events, and private events such as weddings.
Do you provide technical equipment (sound, lighting)?
Yes, we supply and set up sound, lighting and video equipment, with technical management throughout the event.
Rights & ownership
Who owns what you deliver?
Everything delivered belongs to you, with no time limit and whatever the pole: the edited film, the site, the code, the social strategy. Two exceptions, always written on the quote or the contract: raw footage, and any code explicitly excluded from the transfer. Ending our work together changes nothing about what has already been delivered to you.
Who owns the raw footage and source files?
On video, you own the finished film, not the unedited footage: out of several hours shot, only a few minutes are kept, and the whole belongs to the studio. That is how every production company works. On a website it is the opposite: once delivered and paid for, the code is yours line by line, apart from items specifically identified as excluded on the quote. You can always obtain access to the footage or to those items, which is then covered by a separate quote.
Can you reuse images from my project?
Yes, to showcase our own work: showreel, portfolio, social media. If your project is sensitive or not yet announced, a confidentiality clause is agreed beforehand and we stick to it. This is a point worth putting in writing before the shoot, and we raise it as a matter of course.
For how long and on which channels can I use the video?
With no time limit and on every channel: web, social media, television, trade shows, print, internal screenings. There is no restriction by default. A restriction exists only where a specific contract provides for one, and it is then written down explicitly.
Is the music in my video cleared for use?
Always, through one of three routes. Either it is composed specifically for your project, and the composer transfers the rights to you. Or it comes from a royalty-free library, or a library Evrox subscribes to, and the rights are transferred to you. Or, more rarely, it is produced by Evrox with the help of AI, and Evrox grants you the right to use it. In all three cases you can broadcast without risk.
My employees appear on camera, is anything needed?
Yes, and we handle it. Anyone filmed, employee, actor, extra or otherwise, signs an image rights agreement, or gives consent in an explicit recording. It protects you as much as them: footage published without permission can turn into a dispute years later.
If you use AI, who owns the result, and do my images feed a model?
The final render belongs to you, as on any production; the raw footage stays with the studio, under the same rule as everywhere else. On model training the rule is simple: your images, and the people acting as models, can only feed a generative engine with explicit consent, framed by contract, from your company and from the people concerned. Never without.

How is my site's and my visitors' data protected?
HTTPS/SSL, automated backups, authentication and role management, anti-spam protection, vulnerability monitoring, regular updates - detailed on our Web page.
What do you do with my personal data when I contact you?
It's only used to handle your request and is never resold. Full detail (purposes, retention periods, your rights) is in our privacy policy.
Does the site use cookies?
No, evrox.fr is entirely cookie-free.
